Well Denver has officially entered some cold winter weather…today was -10 windchill in the early morning!!!!! As you know, I work either outside or in your home and being outside this week has posed a bit of a chilly problem! For those of you wanting sessions outdoors, I appreciate your patience while we get through the cold snap. As we know, the beauty of Denver is that the snaps are usually short and we get back into some nicer temperatures pretty quick. Until we get into those nicer temps., bundle up the little ones and let them build SNOWMEN!!

After alot of thought, I have decided to change the logo for lisa carpenter photography. Same style, same me…just a new look. I will slowly be changing the look of the website and blog to match the beauty of this new logo. I am very excited about the change and it looks like a keeper!!!! Here is a sneak peek…
For those of you asking "when are you going to start doing sessions again?", I am feeling settled enough to start. I appreciate everyone’s patience while I worked to get my family settled after the move. We are not completely there yet, but time takes care of that! I am so anxious to start again, I have missed working with both old and new clients. As for holiday cards, we are about 2 weeks away from the deadline to get them ordered and ready to send out…don’t wait until the very last minute
I recently asked…"do we ever tire of the beauty of a gorgeous sunset?" We see photos all the time capturing such rich colors…this one is more on the cool side, but I love it all the same

thank you for letting me share!!!
There are 5 more beautiful and fun card examples on the holiday card slideshow! In case you did not see the previous post, there is an easy way to view the cards being offered this holiday season. Here is the link VIEW CARDS and the password is cards and is in all lower case letters. The cards are labeled at the top of each image. Remember, wording can be changed to suit you
It is hard to believe that the holidays are rapidly approacing! Here is just one of the new cards, thanks for viewing.

A blend is just that….a blend. A blend of borders, accents and colors that make a photo into something quite unique. These look truly amazing in printed form
Here are just a couple examples of what can be done with these already beautiful pictures.
Who says we can’t have a little fun? There are endless possibilities with these and that is what I love! Thanks for looking.
