I wanted to say Merry Christmas just a couple days early. We are remaining hopeful that the holiday plans will all come together after the major blizzard that shut down Colorado…but boy is it beautiful outside. Enjoy your families and be safe

Christmas is now 7 days away and I wanted to say THANK YOU for all the holiday orders, both for cards and for prints to give as gifts. I will soon be offering folded cards on a fine art watercolor paper as well as linen papers. I was able to do these for a client for their holiday cards and they were so beautiful that I have decided to offer them in 2007- sample photos soon to be on the website. With Christmas a week away, it is time to get all the final shopping done and spend time with family. New session appointments will be scheduled after January 8th and I do appreciate your patience; however, I presume you will be doing much of the same…spending time with loved ones.
Now, to post something that goes along with the post title: FRIENDS!!!

Gorgeous location, beautiful lighting and a beautiful client = gorgeous shots! We had alot of fun even though we had to walk through squishy muddy areas but it was so well worth it I wanted to share a few of the images from the session.

Ok, I have been working on the blog layout and colors to match to my new logo that I am so very excited about. The website will soon follow to match…so for right now I have two looks I would love to hear your thoughts on this new look. Well, back to work, this is a busy time of year!!!

What a fun session this was…we found a beautiful location, we kept it low key and I stressed that we all needed to just "have fun" and let the natural expressions happen. These are the kind of images I strive to capture, those that show real emotion, expression and connection…where the image shows YOU! Now, the rest is up to me to find the right lighting, right exposures and get the momentum of the session going and get the shots in focus…whew! Even our canine friend was in the action Thanks for making this so much fun!!!!

Just wanted to say "thank you" to everyone for their holiday card orders and those that have just placed theirs, expect them to arrive within 5 business days. We have now reached the deadline to place any further orders to allow enough time to get them back for the holiday mailings. Whew, the cards are now finished, so who is going to finish the SHOPPING?!!! Best to you all!
