Awhile back ago I posted pictures from the headshot session for this client and then even shared the album design. The pictures were used for the sign-in board and party favors. I was excited to photograph the Bar Mitzvah as well…and it was incredible!!! The time, emotion and detail that went into this special event was amazing and will be a day to remember. I was SO excited when I got a FedEx package from New Beauty with the new issue inside. I was even happier when I saw where they had flagged the page and my name as well. It was a great feeling to see my name on the page even if it was small:) Now, if I can only get on the cover!!!! haha.
I know this is totally unrelated, but I just had to share a sibling shot from this past weekend. We don’t get many together, plus this one turned out good.

I received my latest order from Gina Alexander and I am in LOVE! The Roxburg and The Julia are stunning bags and are now my favorite size for these handbags. Well, I say that with every bag it seems, but these will be my newest favorites until I see another one;)

I had the privilege of working with Brady Linkous of My Favorite Memory on this amazing wedding. The attention to detail was spectacular and a huge bravo goes to event planner Mandy Powell! The day started at the River Falls Spa downtown Greenville and then proceeded to The Cliffs for the ceremony. The sky was amazing with big puffy clouds and an eagle flew back and forth in front of the huge window while the vows were exchanged;) The reception was in Greenville at the historical Westin Poinsett Hotel. The Gold Ballroom was beautifully decorated in coral and chocolate with a touch of cream and there were two solid ice bar tables that made me gasp when I saw them!! What a great evening and I was honored to be a part of it. Here are a handful of images I wanted to share.

Ok, so I am posting about a radio station but I just HAVE to share this one! I am working on editing several sessions and listening to my latest find in a music station. I found RadioIO through ITunes radio and this one is just amazing. If you are an 80’s nut like me, then go try this one out. This one is their 80’s pop station and I have heard so many awesome songs and they don’t play the same ol’ stuff.
Back to Photoshop now and I will be posting some new stuff by tomorrow.

I am THRILLED to work with New Beauty Magazine again for another lifestyle shoot! I am anxious to see the July issue with pictures from this fun session. Since I have not seen the layout yet, I wanted to share a few I selected in the meantime. When I arrived to my client’s home, I saw that there was a field next to her property that was filled with tall grass and lined with rustic fencing…I just HAD to get over there to take pictures. I am so glad we did because it made for a beautiful backdrop. My client was a natural in front of the camera and was up for anything. I must say she looks beautiful

Ok, so I am being a bit dramatic in my post title but I am excited to finally be ‘mostly’ done with my new blog. Again, it will be a work in progress with some changes here and there until I get it just right. You may have noticed that the pictures are grande in size now and some that I have imported from my previous blogs are simply WAY TOO BIG and even a bit distorted. I think that I will just have to live with those previous posts because it would take me a good long while to fix all those images, and it is only on a select handful it seems.
