It wasn’t too long ago that I was taking headshots for Cameron after she made the decision to start competing in Miss Teen pageants.  Since then, she has come quite a long way as she was recently crowned Miss Wade Hampton-Taylors Teen 2013!!  Congratulations again Miss Cameron!  While it is incredibly fun for me as the photographer to be a part of her journey, the truly exciting part is to see the personal growth she will have as she goes along.  Being a mom myself, it is great to see Cameron gaining experience in presenting herself in public, volunteering as well as enjoying the fashionable side of things…this where MY other fun part comes in because I truly LOVE doing these photo shoots!!  Be sure to stop by and ‘like’ Cameron’s Facebook page and see all the fun things she is doing while she proudly holds the crown for Miss Wade Hampton-Taylors Teen!

Every teen should have a photoshoot just for them…just for fun…just because. Why? Because this is about the age that little insecurities pop up and it is awesome to see the confidence after just spending a few hours having hair, makeup, laughs and many outfit changes all to have some fun in front of the camera. All to preserve both inner and outer beauty for a lifetime. I personally love it too!

Introducing Celine! She has such a beautiful smile, great laugh and fabulous hair. We infused a bit of fashion into Celine’s session because she might choose to get into a bit of modeling. Since this was her first time having a shoot like this, I wanted to be able to give her a variety of looks, poses and expressions. Just about the time we were wrapping things up, the sun was pure magic in a location that made me wish we could hold the sun up for another hour. But we moved fast and wow…the results were awesome.
