2013
It was not too long ago that I shared the fun & fashionable engagement session for Anna & Robert and in that post I mentioned that Anna has grown to be someone very special to me over the years. Anna and I met because of photography about 4 years ago and have remained friends since, so the news of her engagement had me beyond thrilled! It’s wonderful to see how happy Anna & Robert are together…it’s really obvious that they were meant to be together. Anna met Robert about 2 years ago after a Clemson game via Anna’s brother. What is special about their story is that even though they just formally met after that game, they actually grew up down the road from one another and worked at the same pizza place in high school. So in many ways, they have been around one another for quite a few years and now they get to share the rest of their years together.
When they told me that their wedding was to be at the Biltmore in Asheville, NC, big big smiles came across their faces…especially Anna’s. She told me about how she had these grand thoughts and wishes as a young girl and the Biltmore just seemed to fit the theme of those youthful dreams. I have quite a few images to share from Anna’s bridal session and will do so in the next post, however I will share the one she chose as her portrait.
Their day was so incredible and I am really excited to share their story through pictures and slideshow. Congratulations Anna & Robert!! I am so happy for you both! Oh and one more special treat…my recent bride & groom Sarah & Collin were at the wedding because Sarah was a bridesmaid. They made the trek back to South Carolina from their new home…Chicago..and I was thrilled to see them!! At the end of the night, Sarah got back in her dress and they did a BFF bride shot. Too fun! A big thank you to Angel Ruff for your assistance and hard work.
Thank you for stopping by!
