I knew Annie & Tyler would be an awesome couple to work with when I showed up to do their engagement session. We did the session at Annie’s grandmother’s home since the property was very open, beautiful and offered a lot of great natural backdrops. We were hurrying to beat the rain since we saw a very large and dark cloud hanging over to the back of the yard. Within 5 minutes of starting the skies opened up and off we ran to get inside. We sat and waited it out in the screened porch. I got a chance to meet a couple of Annie’s family members. And then a couple more. And even more. I thought how cool is this that we all get to sit, chat and get to know each other well before the wedding? It was so much fun! Finally the rain died down and off we went to get some awesome photos. Annie & Tyler came back inside after the shoot looking fresh, happy & rested. I on the other hand had crazy hair from the humid weather and was absolutely covered in big mosquito bites!! Not to worry because LeAnn, Annie’s mom, came to the rescue with a good home remedy for my red welted legs. I left that day super excited because we all got a chance to build a bond. I really looked forward to the big day.

A blink of the eye and that big day arrived. An engagement session and two bridal shoots later, here we were and everyone was ALL smiles! Today however, there was no rain just beautiful puffy clouds and fall colors. I just had to share this from their wedding website “We are both from Easley, South Carolina and grew up a few houses down from each other. We went to different high schools, but one summer before school started, Tyler worked as a life guard at the neighborhood pool. Both of us flirted with one another and finally realized we weren’t as ugly and mean as we remembered from those earlier summer days.” I love that! They managed to stay in touch throughout college and at times, distances between them. Tyler is a First Lieutenant in the US Army and Annie is in graduate school at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. Annie & Tyler have so many great things ahead of them and so many more memories to make. I wish you two all the best and I thank you for allowing me to share this day with you and your family. A big thank you to Leslie for all your hard work! Please enjoy a handful of images and the slideshow posted below.

Fall colors. Crisp cool air. Amazing views from a beautiful little chapel perched up on a hill. Beautiful details everywhere. Smiles, laughs, hugs & tears of happiness. Lots of love and friendships. A day full of excitement. This pretty much sums up Rebecca & Bill’s perfect wedding day. I have worked with Rebecca & Bill for awhile since I did their engagement session and Rebecca’s bridal shoot, so I was SO excited to finally see this big day come together and I smiled right along with them! There is such a sweet and incredible love between these two that is obvious in all the little interactions that go on between them. It’s my job to capture that for them to see and remember forever. It was obvious that they put their heart and soul into their day because there was no detail left undone. Everything had a perfect little touch. Nothing overdone and nothing not beautifully complete. It was just right…but right in a big big way! The chapel had just the right amount of decor and the reception…well it was just pure eye candy!! Amazing! Hats off to Rebecca, Bill and Brigitte & Kim of Southern Panache because they definitely got a lot of ‘wows!’. The music..oh the music! Atlanta Showstoppers did an incredible and energy filled performance. I didn’t want them to end the night. Rebecca & Bill’s family & friends were all so wonderful to be around and they all clearly were so excited to share in this big day. I truly cannot say enough so instead I will share photos and a slideshow 🙂 Thank you Rebecca & Bill for allowing me to be a part of your wedding and all that led up to this day. I wish you all the happiness!! Thank you to Leslie for all your hard work and to Travis & Adelle for helping us capture the details of the night. It means a lot to everyone.
Enjoy!
