It really is pretty awesome to see the seniors I know and work with graduate and take that next big step in life! It’s an exciting moment for them and their families. Isaac graduated this year from Eastside High School and is now attending The Citadel in Charleston, SC. His time there will not only be intellectually challenging but physically challenging as well. Isaac, I KNOW you will make your presence known there in such an incredible way!! I wish you all the very best.

We all say it…”My gosh time flies!” and it sure does! It’s hard to believe it has been one full year since Jillian & Garri said their I Do’s. Happy Anniversary you two! I could not be any happier for you 🙂

Jillian & Garri’s wedding was one of my more emotional ones. There were no audible words spoken between the two, but instead words spoken with their hands and of course their eyes. When they did the letter and gift exchange standing on opposite sides of the door, I was trying to shoot while wiping tears. Their love for each other could be felt by everyone around. What a special moment for them to share and I was honored to be able to capture the smiles, tears and heart felt ‘I love You’s’ spelled out with their hands. Jillian & Garri flew to Greenville for their engagement session and we spent about 2 1/2 hours walking around the beautiful sights of downtown Greenville having a blast. To this day, I remember the note that Jillian wrote me after we were finished and sitting in the car. She mentioned that this was a very special day for them and was thankful that it was so much fun and that she appreciated everything. And here I am once again…wiping tears just remembering that. Yes, even the photographer gets misty eyed. Their wedding post can be found here.

Well now, no more misty eyes and nothing but big smiles and well wishes for their future!! Many hugs to you Jillian & Garri. Thank you for having me as a part of your big day. Again, Happy Anniversary!
