I absolutely love doing fashion shoots that have a mix of editorial, high fashion and fun. That is what this shoot was with Jared. When we first spoke about setting this up, Jared had some ideas on what he wanted but he left the rest up to me. I must say it was such an amazing feeling to see someone SO excited to start taking pictures after being in the car for about 3 hours. Jared has an incredible style, energy and a smile to match. We started off working with strobes and then took it outside to take advantage of the warm evening light which was ah-mazing! We got a really great mix of looks and I am thrilled to be able to share them with everyone 🙂 Jared…thank you for making this a super fun day and I hope you enjoy!

You know how you often hear “Time flies!”? Well I am feeling like it is really flying lately! Sam & Allie got out of the car for our shoot and I was amazed at how much they have grown since I have last seen them. They both turned 5 recently..Happy Birthday again by the way…and I was thrilled to be able to go and play with them for a bit while snapping away. This is one of the reasons I love working with families over a period of time because I get to see the kiddos grow up. It’s a lot of fun! It was a chilly morning but it did not stop them from having fun. Sam is a bundle of energy, has an adorable smile and likes to find all things involving dirt. haha. Allie has these amazing big blue eyes that ‘smile’ when she does and giggles even when her brother is well..being a brother.
Thank you Ryan, April, Sam & Allie for allowing me to document another awesome stage in your family’s life 🙂 I cannot wait to do it again.
