It has been quite a few years since I have seen Ally, and it was the first time I got to meet Ryan. I met Ally at a wedding and now I get the pleasure of taking pictures for her wedding which will be here soon 🙂 Downtown Greenville was their location of choice since that is where they got engaged. Morning sessions are really awesome in and around the downtown area because it is relatively quiet, not so hot AND we don’t have to worry about the usual afternoon shower. The only thing is that we must start early…but that was no problem for Ally, Ryan and their furry friends. It stayed cool-ish for most of the time and then within minutes of us wrapping up, it was like the heater got turned on. haha.
Thank you so much Ally & Ryan for making the morning so much fun! I really am excited for your big day! It will be here before we know it.

Setting up the First Look is just as special as it is when the bride & groom see each other for the first time. When it was time, I walked Gavin out to the grounds and gave him a few short instructions. I could tell he was both nervous and excited. When I asked if he was ready, he looked at me and his eyes welled up. I however, had to keep my eyes from doing the same so I could focus while snapping away. haha. I waved on Tiffany and she made her way on over to see her soon-to-be husband. This is when I step back and let the moments unfold naturally to allow my couple as much privacy as possible during those first few moments. Thank goodness for long lenses 🙂 There are so many ways other than words to say “I love you” and Tiffany & Gavin did both. The way they looked at each other, how they touched, hugged and even laughed together…it shouts out “WE LOVE EACH OTHER!”. It’s beyond awesome to witness!
Tiffany & Gavin wrote their vows and I found myself fanning my eyes a few times. The heartfelt words were abundant. I wish you two THE most happiness in your future. Thank you so much for having me document such a big day in your lives.
I just love you two!
