I learned a few things on the day of Blythe & Matt’s wedding. 1. Selfie Sticks draw a crowd and make for some fun photos. 2. One should not request that the Clemson and Carolina group photos be taken in the same shot. haha. 3. That Blythe & Matt are surrounded by a LOT of fun family & friends that very much love them. Speaking of love…their love for one another is so obvious and was a wonderful thing to witness on their big day. Matt could not stop smiling during their vows and would often take a quick glance over to his very soon wife-to-be with pride and excitement. Their wedding ceremony was held in the gardens of The Kilgore Lewis House which was SO beautiful! The reception was at the Brick Street Cafe which I haven’t been to in awhile, so it was great to shoot there again. The decor makes for some of the most awesome backdrops for photos. Once the dancing began, the floor was never empty and there was never a dull moment 🙂 What a incredibly awesome and fun day!
Thank you Blythe & Matt for having me document such an important time in your lives. It was an honor. And a BIG thank you to Kelsey for all your hard work and creativity!!
Best wishes to you both!!
Thank you for stopping by!

I am super excited to share Maegan & Dan’s engagement session!! What a fun day with my couple and Maegan’s family at the Biltmore House in Asheville, NC. It was a lot of fun to get to know Maegan’s family…we had the chance to sit and chat during outfit changes which was nice. When Maegan was asking about clothing suggestions, she had mentioned her Kate Spade ‘Love’ dress that I was dying to see!! What a perfect dress for the occasion right? Dan’s grey suit complemented her dress perfectly. But most importantly what was perfect, was seeing their obvious love for each other. THAT is what I want to capture in these images for them to cherish forever. I cannot wait for Maegan’s bridal session and then their BIG day!
Thanks for stopping by!
