Can these senior sessions get ANY more fun?!! I am having a blast. Not too long ago I took photos of Drake’s sister Megan, and now I got to take his senior photos which was awesome! Drake’s mom and sister came along on the shoot, so we just had to get photos of them too. I strongly encourage moms to hop in for a few pics (and dads too if you tag along)…because this is such a big time for not only the one graduating, but for the whole family. When Drake and I were walking around to various locations I asked him about what his college plans were and it sounds like he has a VERY promising future ahead and is excited about it. But I must say that asking him about his watch collection was just as fun to chat about 🙂
As we were getting ready to head to the Eastside High School football field, I asked Drake and Megan if they would do some really fun and silly shots…and they did! Megan dances competitively and can get into splits with ease…watching Drake attempt to do it was hilarious!! Made for some fun pics.
Shortly after arriving at the football field, Drake’s beautiful girlfriend showed up so they could take a few shots together. I know Bailey and just took photos of the two of them on their prom night, so it was fun to have them take pics together again. A BIG congrats to you both btw! I hope I get to see you two again sometime in the future.
Thanks for stopping by!

As we were walking to the first location where we would start the session, I was asking Nathan if he was excited for graduation. It’s such a cool, fun and memorable time that may not be fully realized until later in life. It’s one of many awesome milestones. So as Nathan’s mom was helping him put on his gown I asked her if it was tough to see him in his cap & gown because it won’t be too terribly far in the future that I will be doing the very same thing…she said “oh there are tears under these sunglasses”. Heck I think I may have even had a few myself.
We started off with the more formal photos and I have to say that I LOVED Nathan’s coat and bowtie!!! Incredibly stylish! After the formal photos we were able to let loose and have some fun 🙂 We wrapped things up at Mauldin High School’s football stadium for a bit more of an edgy look. Nathan was up for pretty much anything and I love how they turned out!!
Congratulations Nathan!! I know you and your family have to be so very proud.
Thank you for stopping by!
