Meet Finley. He is full of energy & spunk, likes to run & carry his own leash handle, will melt you with his sweet face and looks pretty darn dapper in a bowtie.
Nealy & Alex are one of my awesome couples that got married in August of this year, so it was really great to see them again AND get to meet their new furry friend. At the end of the session, I didn’t want to hand this little guy over 😀 It has been so much fun for me to get to know this beautiful and fabulous couple over the last year…I hope there are many years to come. We had some beautiful colors and gorgeous light for their session and I am happy to share them with you.
Oh…and anytime you need a doggie-sitter Nealy & Alex, I am game 🙂

On every shoot and/or wedding, I carry my Shootsac which carries my lenses and accessories…oh and wallets and keys that I confiscate from the guys while we take pictures. haha! I believe I may need to add a compartment to carry puppy treats since I have had so many sessions with furry family friends. I LOVE it when they are included and it’s fun to see some of the fun moments that they can add to the day. Braxton had me laughing a few times and in one of these photos it truly made me LOL! yep..I just said that 🙂 The photo where Braxton is sitting on Callie & Karl’s lap while they are on the steps and kissing, Braxton’s expression is almost like “oh geesh…are they kissing again?”. Too cute!
We all met downtown for the fun including my associate Katie. Katie soon became our dog whisperer and worked to hold the leash while carrying a camera, bag of treats and a jacket. I am so super excited for Callie & Karl…they are such a great couple and I know they are both really looking forward to their big day. There is a fun energy between the two of them…as you can see as Karl does his slide down the stair rail. Many hugs to you both and congratulations again!
