I absolutely adore the Gaubert family!! It was a walk down memory lane when I took photos for their oldest daughter Cameron awhile back ago. There were framed photos in their home of all three kids when they were little and I took them! Basically, they have been with me since the beginning of my photography career. It’s not only fun to see the kids grow up, but it is also fun to see how my photography has evolved. When we started this most recent session, we were laughing at a funny moment from our very first session. Davis was really little and at one point was not having it with the session. So I tried to distract him by saying “oh look…there is a mama duck” aaaannnnndddd it distracted him alright…it simply worked against me. It was fun to laugh at that and also realize just how much he has grown up since then.
