Glamour. Timeless elegance & style. Everything from Tiffany’s wedding dress, Jake’s tux, the bright colored shoes, the gift for the groomsmen, the decor and more…it all had such a timeless elegance to it and matched the Gold Room of The Westin Poinsett perfectly. The entire wedding party was perfectly dressed for the occasion and the positive, fun energy of everyone was really great to be around. Being downtown and taking the wedding party outside for photos was so awesome! While we were out with the girls, I heard one of the bridesmaid’s say “That is Cody Alcorn! I wonder if he will take a photo with us.” Cody Alcorn’s furry friend “G” has just as much of a following as Cody of Fox Carolina does. And yes…he was nice enough to take pause and let us all take photos 🙂

After the ceremony, we headed up to the roof for the famous Westin Poinsett sign photos. We all acted like big kids when the drone came out and was flying around. The wind was really strong and we kept saying “Will it not get swept away??”. We were assured it wouldn’t. haha. I must admit, it was really cool to see in action.

The reception was SO much fun! The dance floor was always full and the laughs abundant. Everything about the day was perfect. A BIG congratulations to you both Tiffany & Jake!! I wish you a lifetime of happiness. And a big thank you to Angel for all your hard work and creativity!!

Love & Emotion. Those are two words that keep coming to mind when I see pictures of Callie & Karl or when I watch them interact both with each other and their family & friends. When we met downtown Greenville for their engagement session, Callie was ready to get started and was briefly overtaken with emotion. She was SO incredibly excited for their session and for the journey that lay ahead of them. It was THE sweetest!!! On her bridal session, her mom and dad came to support her as well as duplicate a few childhood moments in photos. Again…it was THE sweetest!! When it was time to turn Callie & Karl over to my Lead Associate Katie Turner and second shooter Michelle, I KNEW without a doubt that they were in good hands. I felt like I was handing over my own kiddos. haha. Speaking of emotion…I had several moments of many tears thumbing through the photos of the wedding day and preparing them to show. The moments captured were incredible and beautiful. BRAVO Katie & Michelle!!

The leather journals that Karl gave Callie just before their ceremony were for their future children. One for a boy and one for a girl. From what I hear, there was not a single dry eye in the room as Callie read the letter and then opened the journals. What a special gift they will be able to present to their little ones some day.

I am so very happy for you both Callie & Karl. I know you two have a beautiful future together and it was an absolute honor to be a part of capturing your memories to cherish for a lifetime. Congratulations!! A huge thank you to my amazing team…Katie & Michelle.
